Well... I got 85% on my social sciences and philosophy test... wahoo!!!

| holy shit... look who's back from the dead...
I'm posting again tonight on one freezing assed northern BC January 21 night... I woke up this morning with ice climbing six inches up my window...
Oddly enough, its warm for this time of year!!!
So I was sitting alone in my room one day... bored... oh dear god how bored I do get... anyway, I was sitting alone and I got a phone call from my dear sweet older sister (who bought be booze whilst I was in highschool) and she told me she got a part in a play! Apparently the crazy girl had a fear of auditions/interviews so she got it into her head that she should go do one just to get over the fear. Three days later she got an unexpected phone call saying that she had a major role in some kinda play or something... isn't that funny...
Anyway, back to being bored and alone... ARGH... I'm bored right now! I think I should read my textbooks but that would only further my boredom. Learning the platonic theory of existence is so terrifyingly boring that one must alleviate the boredom by WATCHING CNN.
Anyway, back to my point... I'm a dumb ass pussy his is too afraid to act on good things. My new years resolution was to never pass up on good opportunity... Three days I held out... THREE DAYS... 'til women came into the picture.. damn me, but when it comes to women I get completely inhibited... its tragic really... I consider myself an interesting guy... I mean, I play in a band, enjoy hiking and the outdoors, I read, I write, and I can even cook (to an extent)... hell, if I was a chick even I would want me... at least if I wasn't such a wuss when it comes to women!
Anyway, Nobody reads my posts anyway so I'll close with a quote from a very good friend of mine...

I hope you enjoyed your "holiday" breaks and "Holiday" season with plenty of "Holiday" spirit....
I don't care whether people celebrate Ramadan, hanukah, kwanzaa, or whatever holiday comes in winter... why should it be such a big deal that the majority of the north american population celebrates christmas? Argh.... makes me mad.... everything has to be so damn politically correct nowadays that I can't even breathe without being called an "ist" word...
I AM NOT AN IST!
I'm just like everyone else (to a degree) and everyone else is just like me (to a degree). Why is it that the government and the minorities in Canada have labeled ME (and others like me) some kind of evil oppressor sent to destroy the world of the minority. Maybe because I'm male, middleclass, and white? Well who cares! Its hard being in my position. I have to work my ass off to get anywhere, so when I get somewhere is it fair that I'm told I only got there because of my race and color? For holiday-spirits sake, why can't people get off my back. I'm a modern male! I have no problems going to school or working with other races, women, or homo-sexuals so long as they do there share and don't use there "disadvantage" as leverage...
I know you people are probably thinking that I am an "ist"... well I hate to break it to you but I'm not. In fact I love the diversity that exists in my country (Canada) and I would gladly fight for the rights of anyone who was truly oppressed. Unfortunately most of that oppression has died out since the 60s and 70s. Why should I carry the sins of my great-great grandfathers around because they had a black slave back in 1850 or whatever!
Equality is not switching on prejudice for another. People are trying to hard to fight for equality that they forget they already have it.
